Examen Reflection

I do a variation of the Examen at night—so I have three questions: 1. Where did I feel most content, at peace, connected with God? 2. Where did I feel least content, etc.? 3. What's a question or idea I'm chewing on and want to revisit or integrate into life? —Taylor, 30, California

Google Calendar

I keep a Google Calendar of everything I do in a day, including getting lunch with friends or attending a group event, to remind myself how grateful I am for my friends. —Aislinn, Oregon

Yoga

I used to do yoga every morning if that counts —Mattea, Oregon

Volunteering

Volunteering with underserved communities, like at hospitals, pantries, etc. — Sean, 19, California

Gratitude Wall Calendar

Since I use a calendar on my phone to organize my day-to-day life, I've turned my wall calendar into a gratitude calendar. At the end of the day, I write one thing that I noticed and was grateful for in that day's box. Often it's a person in my life but sometimes its something as mundane as Sudafed or air conditioning in my car. — Paul, 23, Oregon
